SHIPPING CHARGES
These rates apply to both United States and outside the U.S. orders Shipping and handling charges are
11% of your order on CD Roms and 15% on the Educational Workbooks that are shipped.. There is a $5.00 minimum charge. No shipping is charged on items that are downloaded.
DELIVERY
1. Orders for CD Roms are usually shipped within 48 hours of receipt of the order
if paid by credit card or money order. Orders paid by check
will be held until the check clears.
2. Orders for Educational Workbooks are usually received by the customer within 10 days. The publisher of the Workbooks requests up to 3 weeks delivery, however, in case they are awaiting stock on an item.
3.Your order may arrive from up to 3 different companies. CD Roms are sent to the customer from 2 sources, Comp Ed, Inc., owners of SchoolExpress.com and HLN publisher of 9 of the CD Thematic Unit CDs. The Workbooks are sent to you from the publisher of the workbooks.
Orders for Educational Workbooks are usually received by the customer within 10 days. The publisher of the Workbooks requests up to 3 weeks delivery, however, in case they are awaiting stock on an item.
SOME ITEMS ARE NOT SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE U.S.
The publisher of the educational workbooks does not ship outside the United States for us. All CD Roms are shipped outside the U.S.
